  1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using XPay, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions:

    • Agreement: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and XPay.
    • Modifications: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.
    • Service Access: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services without notice if these terms are violated.
  2. Eligibility & Account Security

    To access XPay features, you must meet the following conditions:

    • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
    • Verification: You must provide accurate registration details and complete required KYC (Identity Verification) checks.
    • Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your login details, passwords, and 2FA keys.
  3. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree not to use the XPay platform for any prohibited activities, including:

    • Illicit Activity: Engaging in fraud, money laundering, terror financing, or purchasing illegal items.
    • Platform Abuse: Attempting to bypass security restrictions, inject malware, or spam our transactional servers.
    • Inaccurate Info: Providing forged documentation or fake information during onboarding or transaction execution.
  4. Transactions, Rates & Payouts

    Rules governing digital assets trades, gift card exchanges, and utility payments:

    • Exchange Rates: Trade rates fluctuate according to market conditions and are locked only at the time of order confirmation.
    • Gift Cards: Gift card submissions must be valid. Submission of used, inactive, or stolen cards will result in account bans.
    • Settlement: Direct bank transfer and mobile money payouts are initiated automatically upon successful transaction verification.
