How to Pay Bills on XPay

Open the XPay app and navigate to the Bill Payments section. Select the biller category (Electricity, Airtime, Internet, etc.) and then the specific provider.

Enter your customer ID, meter number, or phone number (depending on the bill type). The system will pull up your outstanding balance or available plan options automatically.

Review the amount and confirm payment. Funds are deducted from your XPay wallet. If your wallet balance is insufficient, you can fund it instantly via bank transfer, card, or crypto deposit.
